To determine the cause of weakness, wilting , poor growth and yellowing of pistachio trees in pistachio orchards of Sabzevar city in recent years , 40 samples from the roots and soil around them was randomly collected from all parts of pistachio orchards during April and July 2012.
To prove the pathogenicity , egg masses ware isolated form the nodes of the root , infected to nematode , then the susceptible varity of tomato (Red claude) was infected with a sack of eggs , and about 2 months later , these ware separated ; matured female from within the created nodes on the roots ,
